Journeyman Plumber / Water Treatment Installer (Weekly Pay + Truck + Tips)
Element Water and Air is hiring a licensed plumber or water treatment installer to join our growing team on the Wasatch Front.

Pay & Benefits:
- Journeyman Plumber: $1,600/week (salary)
- S410 Licensed Installer: $1,300/week (salary)
- Customer tips on top of pay
- Company truck + fuel card
- Weekly pay
- Full-time, year-round work
Schedule:
- Typically 20–50 hours per week
- Workload varies depending on installs, but we keep our guys busy
What You’ll Do:
- Install water softeners, whole-home filtration systems, and reverse osmosis units
- Tie into main water lines and complete clean, professional installs
- Work directly with homeowners and represent the company well
- Ensure installs are done right the first time
Requirements:
- Must have one of the following Utah licenses:
- Journeyman Plumber or Master Plumber
- S410 Water Conditioner Contractor License
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable, trustworthy, and takes pride in their work
- Able to work independently
- Clean driving record preferred
