Ellington AC & Heat is growing & we are looking for a Lead HVAC Install Technician to join our family! We are a residential service company, and we’re in the business of helping people. The essential functions of the HVAC Installers are to serve the customers of the company by installing heating and air conditioning systems with an emphasis on quality installations, performing efficiently, and following all applicable local and national codes. Maintain a reputation for quality installations, as well as keeping the customer informed of what is being done as well as when and how it will be done.
Salary Range: Up to $80,000 Annually
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an HVAC installation role.
- At least 18 years old.
- Able to pass a Criminal background check and drug test, possess a clean driving record and current driver’s license.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Very genuine and personable is a must
- Strong steady work history with 2 years minimum as an Installer
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Able to climb in attics, under houses, and in box trucks
- Able to lift 75 lbs
- Efficient and organized
