Duties
- Assist with surface preparation, including sanding, scraping, patching, caulking, and priming
- Apply paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Prepare job sites by covering floors, furniture, and fixtures to protect from paint and debris
- Set up and safely use ladders and other equipment
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas daily
- Follow project plans and supervisor instructions to meet quality and timeline expectations
- Work on both interior and exterior painting projects in residential and commercial settings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times
Requirements
- Previous painting or construction experience preferred but not required—willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Comfort working at heights on ladders
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license preferred
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Commitment to following safety guidelines and company standards
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Residential painting: 2 years (Preferred)
