We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong understanding of childhood development. This role involves creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children, ensuring their well-being while fostering their growth and learning.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care to children in the luxury hotel environment.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development according to our Itavi Programming.
- Monitor children's behavior and provide guidance on appropriate behavior management techniques.
- Communicate effectively with parents.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the childcare setting.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and first aid protocols.
Skills
- 2+ years of childcare experience
- CPR & First Aid Certified, or willing to obtain
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English
- Able to pass background check and screening
- Reliable transportation
