SMG is looking for a high-energy, passionate and experience welder/fabricator who sees him/herself as a professional. We seek an individual who enjoys solving problems, creating exceptional products and working on a team.
Below are critical job responsibilities:
- MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metals,
- Complete tack welds prior to QC,
- Reviewing job folders, router and prints to prepare for weld/fabrication work,
- Ensure all work is QCed in advance of final welding,
- Providing the floor supervisor and/or your direct supervisor with updates on work, particularly if there are obstacles to completing with quality and within timeline,
- ensuring quality and timeliness of projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
