Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated Critical Care Nurses to join our dynamic team. As a Critical Care Nurse at Intravene Wellness Therapies, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality IV therapy services to our diverse clientele. This position offers a unique opportunity for motivated individuals who aspire to operate their own mobile healthcare business under the umbrella of Intravene.
Responsibilities:
- Administer IV therapy treatments in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Perform thorough patient assessments to determine suitability for IV therapy.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and outcomes.
- Educate patients on the benefits of IV therapy and address any questions or concerns.
- Maintain proper inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols during all patient interactions.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to optimize patient care delivery.
Qualifications:
- Active licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in [state(s) where services are provided].
- Minimum of [1] years of experience in critical care nursing, preferably in an emergency room (ER) or intensive care unit (ICU) setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
