Nurture a child’s first five years by:

Creating a culture of support within the school for staff, families and children

Managing operation of the school in the Director’s absence

Assisting the Director in ensuring maximum enrollment and effective cost control
Shift Schedule: Must be able to work any shift during operating hours. The school is open Monday through Friday, 6:30AM to 6:30PM.

Requirements:

Previous management experience in a licensed childcare facility or experience managing faculty/staff

Texas Directors License or Ability to attain one preferred

An Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development or a related field preferred
