The DCC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Document Custody Center (DCC), including document management, shipping and logistics, workflow coordination, production planning, and employee supervision. This position will lead a team of 20 or more employees while ensuring operational efficiency, quality standards, productivity goals, and SLA compliance.
- Supervise and lead a team of 20+ employees, including scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
- Manage all DCC processes including Trailing Documents, Recording, Scanning, Shipping, and Document Storage workflows.
- Develop daily production and staffing plans based on volume forecasts.
- Ensure adequate workflow is assigned to offshore teams and monitor production output.
- Review offshore production, identify errors, and provide feedback.
- Monitor client and internal SLAs and productivity metrics.
- Manage shipping and logistics processes for client document deliveries.
- Coordinate daily with offshore teams on production requirements.
- Train and onboard new team members.
- Partner with IT to resolve system issues.
- Conduct performance reviews and corrective action when necessary.
- Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
- Previous experience managing 20 or more employees required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in document custody, mortgage operations, logistics, shipping/receiving, inventory management, or related operations.

- Strong knowledge of mortgage documents and document classification.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience coordinating offshore teams preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adjust staffing based on workload fluctuations.
