Lawn Care Crew Member (Full-Time)

What You'll Do
- Mow, trim, edge, and maintain residential and commercial properties
- Operate commercial lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment
- Clean up grass clippings and debris, leaving every property looking its best
- Assist with mulching, seasonal cleanups, planting, and other landscape projects
- Perform routine equipment cleaning and report maintenance issues
- Work safely while following company procedures
- Help maintain a positive, productive team environment
- Represent MRL Property Maintenance professionally when interacting with customers
What We're Looking For
Experience is preferred, but it isn't required. If you've operated a commercial mower, maintained your own property, or have any experience working outdoors, we'd love to hear about it. While we're happy to train the right person, we're especially interested in candidates who can step in, contribute quickly, and continue developing their skills with our team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating a stand-on mower, zero-turn mower, or other commercial lawn equipment is preferred. Experience maintaining your own property or helping with lawn care is also valuable.
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Landscaping, construction, farming, or other outdoor work experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
