The Carlton Hotel is seeking a talented, detail-oriented Line Cook to join the team at Mabel Lounge, our premier cocktail bar & kitchen. This role centers on bringing a simple, efficient menu to life with unwavering consistency and an eye for the finer details. Key Responsibilities
- Craft Great Food: Accurately prepare and present menu items according to established recipes.
- Master the Flow: Execute kitchen service efficiently, even during peak lounge hours.
- Keep it Spotless: Maintain a clean, pristine, and highly organized workstation throughout your shift.
- Safety First: Rigorously follow all established food safety standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2+ years of hands-on kitchen experience.
- Skills: A proven, dependable ability to follow recipes seamlessly.
- Mindset: Highly reliable, organized, and ready to contribute to a smooth service.
Schedule
- Shift Type: Evening shifts, ideal for night owls.
- Duration: Sustainable 4-6 hour shifts.
- Availability: Weekend availability is required.
