Position Summary:
The Nursing Supervisor provides leadership and oversight of resident care during assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with nursing standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements. This role supervises nursing staff, addresses resident/family concerns, and assumes administrative responsibility in the absence of the DON or Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality resident care during assigned shifts.
- Review 24-hour reports and incident logs to ensure timely follow-up and documentation.
- Assess and manage emergent and non-emergent resident situations, coordinating care as needed.
- Support admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
- Ensure adequate staffing coverage and assist with scheduling as needed.
- Provide orientation, mentoring, and evaluation of nursing staff.
- Support infection control, quality assurance, and survey preparation activities.

Required:
- Current RN or LPN license in Michigan.
- Prior supervisory experience in long-term care preferred.
Preferred:
- Experience as a Charge Nurse or ADON in SNF.
