Production Operator II
Shift: Saturday and Sunday, 6am to 6:30pm pst, then your choice of Friday or Monday
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

Our client, a leading global organization the design and manufacturing of electrical and electronic components industry, is seeking a Production Operator II to join their team in Redwood City, CA.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment to convert raw materials into finished products.
- Perform in-process inspections and tests to ensure products meet required specifications.
- Monitor product characteristics such as hardness, weight, variation, pH, and moisture content.
- Identify equipment malfunctions or product deficiencies and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal production levels.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, inventory, work completed, and production data.
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and subassembly layouts.
- Coordinate workload, staffing, and equipment capacity based on inventory and production needs.
- Work closely with materials planning, production, and maintenance teams to support schedules and workflow.
- Requisition materials and help determine delivery timelines when needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant manufacturing or production experience.
- Ability to follow established procedures while recognizing when adjustments may be needed.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to perform semi-routine and varied tasks in a production environment.
- Comfortable working with documentation, data sheets, and inventory tracking.
