Overview
We are seeking a highly organized detail-oriented and proactive Preconstruction & Assistant Commercial Projects Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our bidding and project initiation phases, managing critical administrative tasks. Coordinating with vendors and General Contractors and ensuring seamless operations. Duties
Email & Inquiry monitoring: Actively monitor several email accounts throughout the day.
File Management: Create, maintain, and organize both physical and electronic project files accurately.
Bid Board management: maintain the company bid board, track deadlines and ensure team members are invited appropriately.
Vendor and GC Relations: Distribute PLBG/HVAC bids for internal review, submit for pricing requests to vendors and consistently follow up on pricing and bid status.
Project Initiation and Submittals: Project set up, permits & inspection requests, purchase orders, request COI’s, submittals requests and distribution
General office administrative tasks as required
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in Construction administration, preconstruction coordination, or a fast-paced project-based office setting is preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage physical and digital filing systems with attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with standard office software, Outlook, and digital file structures. Service Titan experience is a PLUS!
Pay: $39,500.00 - $48,000.00 per year
