As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled Garage Door Technician to join our team.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a well-rounded technician with experience in both residential and commercial garage door installation and service. This position requires someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined, and capable of working independently in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and repair residential and commercial garage door systems
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform effective repairs
- Provide excellent customer service on-site
- Maintain service documentation and work logs
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met on every job
- Operate a company vehicle and maintain tools and equipment
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in the garage door industry (residential and/or commercial)
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair door openers and mechanical systems
- Comfortable working with hand and power tools
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work at heights
- Strong communication and customer service skills
