We are seeking a skilled Rack installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks, including installation and reset work inside retail locations. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The employee will be responsible for installing, and replacing damaged racking. Once you are trained you Have the opportunity to create your own crew and make an average of anywhere between 5-10k a weekz. sometimes less, sometimes more. depending on workload.
Duties
- Construct, install, and repair racks.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications and requirements.
- Restore existing fixtures by repairing or replacing damaged components.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians and data tech, to complete projects efficiently.
- Must be able to lift and maintain weights of 50lbs
- Required to have tools, a list will be provided.
Skills
- Strong skills in fixture installation with attention to detail.
- Ability to perform construction for accurate project planning.
- Competent in blueprint reading for effective project execution.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
