Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Mixer Operator with a CDL B license to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will operate and maintain concrete mixers and other heavy construction machinery to support asphalt paving, concrete pouring, and civil infrastructure projects. Your expertise will ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality materials while adhering to safety regulations and project specifications. Duties
- Operate concrete mixers, dump trucks, loaders, excavators, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites.
- Maintain and perform routine inspections of construction machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Transport materials such as concrete, asphalt, rebar, and other construction supplies to various project locations.
- Assist with concrete forming, finishing, pumping, and screeding activities to achieve precise surface levels and finishes.
- Support asphalt paving operations by managing paving equipment and ensuring proper material placement.
- Collaborate with team members to execute civil infrastructure projects involving rebar installation, concrete pouring, and site preparation.
- Follow all safety regulations diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to maintain a safe work environment for everyone on-site.

Experience
- Proven experience operating construction machinery such as loaders, excavators, concrete mixers, dump trucks, and paving equipment.
- Strong knowledge of construction site safety regulations and best practices in heavy equipment operation.
- Hands-on experience working on civil infrastructure projects involving concrete forming, paving, rebar installation, and concrete finishing techniques.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic maintenance on commercial vehicles and construction machinery.
- Valid CDL B license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience preferred.
- Familiarity with working on construction sites that require adherence to safety standards and project deadlines.
- Prior experience in asphalt paving or concrete pumping is highly desirable for this role.

Pay: $23.24 - $30.00 per hour
