Turning Point is an award-winning DAYTIME ONLY breakfast, brunch & lunch concept. For over 28 years and across 30+ locations in NJ, PA, DE, FL, and VA, we’ve proven you can love the restaurant industry without giving up your evenings. Our hours: 7:30am–3:00pm. That’s it.

Why this role is different
· Opening team. You’re not inheriting someone else’s restaurant — you hire the team, set the standards, and open the doors.
· One daytime shift. No doubles, no close-then-open, no asking your team to do either.

· Trained by corporate, backed by ownership. You’ll complete Turning Point’s full corporate training program before opening day, and run your restaurant with the direct support of ownership.
What you’ll do
· Lead daily operations of one daytime shift, working alongside both FOH and BOH teams
· Recruit, hire, coach, and develop an exceptional opening team — and keep building it
· Deliver the full Turning Point guest experience, start to finish
· Own staffing, scheduling, inventory (one full count per period), and sales, labor & food-cost controls
· Use our technology and reporting tools to run the restaurant efficiently
· Maintain and strengthen the Turning Point family culture (TP Fam!) — employee appreciation, outstanding food, superior atmosphere, and FUN
· Ensure equity, inclusion, and respect for every team member
What we’re looking for
· 2+ years of restaurant management experience (GM or AGM) required — high-volume or breakfast/brunch concept experience a plus
· Ability to lead, coach, and mentor a team
· Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
· Professional verbal & written communication
· Positive, enthusiastic, encouraging leadership attitude
· Available to begin paid corporate training August 3, 2026
· Authorized to work in the U.S.
Training
Before we open, you’ll complete Turning Point’s comprehensive corporate training program (August 3 – September 1, roughly five days per week, 7am–4pm) — learning the full TP system alongside your opening team, with dedicated GM-level training included. Fully paid. Details discussed at interview.
Schedule
· Full-time, day shifts only (restaurant hours 7:30am–3:00pm)
· Weekend and holiday availability required
· Occasional weekends off through approved shift swaps, when staffing permits
Compensation & benefits
· $55,000 – $65,000 per year, with the ability to earn more through performance-based bonuses
