Overview
We are seeking passionate and talented Hair Stylists to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional hair care, styling, and grooming services while providing outstanding customer service. As part of our supportive community, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your skills in hair coloring, extensions, threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and more — all while fostering meaningful client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring.
- Use salon software to schedule appointments, manage client information, and process transactions efficiently.
- Provide expert consultations on hair care routines, product recommendations, and styling techniques tailored to each client’s needs.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly cleaning tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
- Engage in retail sales by upselling hair care products and retail items that complement client treatments.
- Support store management with front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client communication, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Experience
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a Hair Stylist.
- Strong knowledge of hair coloring techniques and color theory principles.
- Skilled in hair styling methods for various hair types and textures.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively connect with clients and understand their needs.
- Ability to perform sanitation procedures diligently while adhering to health standards.
- Knowledge of retail math for upselling products confidently without pressure.

Pay: $25.19 - $30.33 per hour
