Adjunct faculty members provide instruction in assigned courses on a part-time, as needed basis. Courses may be seated, online, or hybrid.
Part-time Drama instructor to teach day classes, including possible teaching assignments at one or more area high schools.
Part-time faculty postings are a part of Catawba Valley Community College's efforts to expand our pool of adjunct instructors. Openings for these positions may or may not be available at this time, however, applications from qualified applicants will be kept on file and may be contacted at a later date.
Master's degree in Drama/Theatre (or related area) with a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in Drama/Theatre required.

Ability to manage classroom, give timely student feedback, and provide fair assessment and critique of student work

Copies of all unofficial degree transcripts, including coursework completed and degree conferred, must be provided during the on-line application process. Official transcripts are required to be forwarded to the CVCC Human Resources Office upon hire.
