Maintenance Technician (Maintenance Person)
Inspect all community spaces daily to locate and identify any problems.
Respond to tenants’ requests for maintenance services, including replacing air filters, installing new locks and smoke detectors. Constant troubleshooting of issues .
Repair plumbing, electrical and safety systems in tenants’ units as required
Ensure the parking lot and sidewalks are free from litter and debris
Maintain trash receptacles on the premises
Respond to requests from property manager and maintenance services as needed.
Experience in painting, general building repairs and outdoor work
Excellent ability with common hand and power tools
Capability to buy materials, tools and equipment based on differing jobs
Familiarity with apartment unit layouts and infrastructure's
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Proficiency in Literacy and Numeracy skills sufficient to check delivery notes, measurements etc.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test .
Possession of a valid license to drive
Must have own tools

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
