Company Overview
Estate Lawyers PLLC is a growing estate planning law firm in multiple states that focuses exclusively on helping clients with their estate planning needs. We also work closely with our sister company, Trajan Wealth, to encourage our clients to address their financial planning needs.
Our primary need is in Pennsylvania- licensed sole practitioner to review living trust estate plans and last will and testament estate plans prepared by our in-house attorneys and paralegals (located in Arizona) to confirm compliance with local law. This is an “of counsel” association that will be disclosed on company letterhead and in engagement letters. Of counsel attorneys will also be added to our malpractice policy.
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and background:
Qualifications
· Licensed attorney in good standing in Pennsylvania
· Minimum 2 years estate planning experience
Responsibilities
· Review and provide feedback on estate plans drafted by our in-house legal team
· Meet with clients on request (anticipated only in rare and unusual circumstances)
· Provide general support for Pennsylvania -specific legal questions.
Compensation Package
· Will be paid as an independent contractor per plan reviewed. Details provided during the interview.

Pay: $200.00 - $225.00 per hour
