Duties
- Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling ingredients or plating dishes under supervision.
- Support catering events and banquet setups by transporting supplies, setting up stations, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the event.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, workstations, and dining areas to promote safety and hygiene.
- Help with organizing storage areas for supplies, utensils, and cleaning products.
- Collaborate with servers, cooks, and management to deliver seamless service experiences for guests.
Skills
- Strong understanding of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards.
- Experience in bussing tables and supporting food service operations in restaurants or hotels.
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards hospitality service.
- Familiarity with catering setups, banquet functions, or large-scale events is a plus.
