We are looking for a customer-focused Rental Agent to assist customers throughout the rental process. The ideal candidate will answer inquiries, explain rental options, process rental agreements, and provide outstanding customer service while supporting daily office operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them with selecting rental options.
- Respond to rental inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Process rental agreements, verify required documentation, and maintain accurate records.
- Manage rental inventory and update availability.
- Promote available rental products and services.
- Explain rental terms, policies, fees, and coverage options.
- Schedule appointments, organize files, and provide general administrative support.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, rentals, or administrative support preferred.
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and data entry skills.
- Persuasive sales skills with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fast and accurate typing skills required.
