South Shore Early Education seeks a full-time Bus Monitor/Support Staff candidate at the Wareham location. 40 hours per week, 52 wks. per year. Excellent company benefits package. Base hourly rate $20.82/hr. Pay commensurate to licenses, degrees and experience
Responsible for engagement, supervision and care of children in the scope of transportation to and from school for the transportation of Before and/or After-School Programs. Engage with children on the bus, and ensure children are safely transported according to EEC regulations. Support Staff role includes classroom support and assist in the implementation of classroom activities daily with teaching staff.
High School diploma/GED or HISET required. Early Education and Care certification or a Commonwealth of Massachusetts teacher certification preferred.
Minimum Requirements at employment:
- All candidates must undergo a background check where applicable; prior to beginning employment.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid MA state driver’s license.
