We are seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Technician to help maintain and improve our apartment community. What You'll Do
- Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance throughout the property.
- Complete apartment turnovers, including repairs, painting, and preparation for new residents.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, carpentry, and appliance issues.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain property grounds and assist with seasonal upkeep as needed.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance needs.
- Work closely with the property manager
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in apartment maintenance, property maintenance, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, and carpentry.
- Ability to diagnose maintenance issues and complete repairs independently.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, climbing, kneeling, and lifting.
- HVAC certification is a plus but not required.

Position Details
Job Type: Part-Time
Expected Hours: 24 hours per week
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 8-hour shift
- On-call rotation
- Weekends as needed

Pay: Competitive and based on experience.
