About the Role
We are hiring an Account Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our commercial clients, handling service requests, policy changes, and day to day support alongside our sales agents and account managers.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and manage client service requests, including policy changes, billing questions, certificate of insurance requests, and claims inquiries
- Process endorsements such as vehicle, driver, location, and coverage changes
- Issue certificates of insurance and manage certificate holder requests
- Document every client interaction accurately in our agency management system
- Support sales agents and account managers with day to day servicing on their accounts
- Communicate directly with business owners, office managers, and investors by phone, text and email
- Manage a high volume of requests without sacrificing accuracy or response time
Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license
- Prior experience at an insurance agency, commercial or personal lines both work
- Strong technical aptitude, comfortable learning and navigating an agency management system quickly and accurately
- Strong phone presence and clear written communication
- Organized and detail oriented, able to manage multiple requests at once
- Works well with both sales and account management teams
Preferred
- ACORD forms experience
- Bilingual
Growth here is available, not required. Some Account Service Representatives move up into Account Manager and beyond into leadership as the agency grows. Others build a long, successful career staying right in this role, mastering it, and being the reason clients stick with us. Either path is a good one here.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
