Timber Warriors is based in Lake St. Louis, MO. We work with major insurance carriers and certified tree service providers to coordinate emergency tree removals following storms and natural disasters. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in high-energy environments and wants to play a key role in helping people recover after storm events.
Timber Warriors is seeking several reliable and detail-driven Property Claims Technician for full-time positions. We have three work schedule options: Day shift is from 6:00am – 2:00pm; the afternoon shift is from 12:00pm – 8:00pm; and the weekend shift is from 7:00am - 5:00pm. We are actively hiring for afternoon and weekend shifts. Some overtime and weekends may be required. Some overtime and weekends may be required during peak seasons.
What You’ll Do:
- Review and verify incoming claim information for accuracy, best practices, and completeness.
- Communicate with insurance adjusters, policyholders, and service vendors to determine claim eligibility and scope of work.
- Analyze damage reports, photos, and descriptions to clarify job details.
- Ensure that all claims are processed in accordance with Timber Warriors’ internal protocols, standard operating procedures, as well as insurance industry standards.
- Compile and maintain accurate records in our proprietary claims management system.
- Support surge operations during storm events, which may require flexible hours or after-hours support.
What You Bring:
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with learning new software
- Ability to stay calm and focused during high-volume periods
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
- Experience with tree-related or storm damage claims
- Familiarity with Xactimate or similar estimating tools
- Contractor/vendor coordination experience
