Duties
- Provide professional barbering services including haircutting, shaving, beard trimming, and styling using straight razors and other tools
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly cleaning tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology or barbering license in accordance with state or local regulations
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on barbering or hairstyling
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to mentor junior staff members and contribute positively to team development
