Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport hotel guests to and from airports, local attractions, businesses, and other designated destinations using the hotel shuttle or company van.
- Greet guests warmly, assist with luggage, and provide professional, courteous service at all times.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of hotel shuttle vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, sanitizing, and restocking supplies.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Assist the housekeeping and maintenance teams with cleaning assigned public areas, entrances, lobbies, and other hotel facilities as needed.
- Remove trash, replenish supplies, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment throughout the property.
- Follow scheduled transportation routes while ensuring timely guest pickups and drop-offs.
- Comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and hotel safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively with the front desk, housekeeping, and management to coordinate guest transportation and operational needs.
- Assist with lifting and transporting guest luggage and hotel supplies when required.

You will play an important role in creating a positive first and last impression by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Previous experience as a shuttle driver, van driver, hotel driver, or in a customer service role preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced hotel environment.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage, supplies, and equipment safely.
