Shift Leader (PIC)
Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches is looking to bring on a ROCK-STAR Shift Manager to help us grow. We have a great team and great employees, and are looking to add to the team.
You will start as a shift manager in training and have a fixed schedule. All shift leaders start training at $14.00/hour plus tips. As each phase of training is completed, $0.25 - $0.50 raises are provided. Once actively running shifts, the pay is $16.00/hour plus tips.
Prior management skills, preferably in the restaurant field, is preferred but not required.
Prior Jimmy John's experience is a big plus!!!
Shift Managers will be responsible for ensuring company systems and procedures are followed, delegating jobs, leading staff, and fostering a positive work environment.
The ideal candidate will have a great work ethic, personality, and team spirit, all focused around delivering world class customer service.
Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches is known for its obsession with fresh, quality products and high-speed execution.
