Overview
Join our paving crew and be a vital part of transforming roadways, parking lots, and other surfaces! This role offers the opportunity to work outdoors on a variety of construction projects, utilizing a variety of heavy equipment and paving techniques. As a key player in our crew, you’ll contribute to paving projects while gaining valuable hands-on experience in construction and equipment operation. This position offers an opportunity to learn and grow and doesn't require previous experience.
Responsibilities
- Support paving operations by spreading asphalt, ensuring proper compaction and surface quality
- Maintain safety standards by inspecting equipment, adhering to site protocols, and supporting a clean work environment
- Operate paving equipment
Qualifications
- Prior experience working on construction sites or with paving crews is highly preferred
- Familiarity with construction safety procedures and site protocols
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
