We’re looking for a hands-on team member to join our growing Drone Service Center and Warehouse team at our new Wichita, KS location. This role combines drone repair with shipping, receiving, and warehouse work — perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, staying organized, and learning new technology.
No drone experience? No problem. We’ll train you.

What You'll Do
Work Hands-On with Equipment
- Diagnose and repair agricultural and thermal drones (we’ll train you).
- Use tools and diagnostic equipment to test and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure all equipment is fully operational before returning to customers.
Keep Product Moving
- Support order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing shipments with attention to detail to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist with shipping and receiving by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation and inspecting goods for quality and accuracy.
- Safely operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to unload and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
Stay Organized
- Keep accurate records of repairs and parts used.
- Manage inventory by accurately stocking products, conducting regular counts, and maintaining precise records in our inventory system.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and storage areas with proper placement of stock on pallets and shelves.
Problem Solve & Grow with the Team
- Work through mechanical and technical issues; collaborate with your team on more complex repairs.
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development.
- Support team goals, help meet daily production targets, and contribute to a positive culture.
- Be part of building a high-performing service and warehouse operation.
What We're Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude or technical background.
- Willingness to learn and be trained in drone repair.
- Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Physical capability to perform regular lifting tasks and to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-first mindset.
- Dependable and self-motivated.
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
- Experience with electronics or small engines.
- Previous work in a repair, service, warehouse, shipping & receiving, or manufacturing environment.
- Forklift or pallet jack experience.
- Interest in drones or emerging technology.
