Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of direct PM experience in electrical contracting. This role is for someone who takes ownership of their projects—financially and operationally—and is driven to deliver strong, profitable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Manage electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout

Own project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

Develop and maintain project schedules

Coordinate with GCs, owners, engineers, and internal teams

Manage submittals, RFIs, procurement, and change orders

Track labor productivity and drive field performance

Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication

Ensure safety compliance and quality standards

Execute project closeout including punch, O&M manuals, and final billing
Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience as an Electrical Project Manager

Proven experience delivering multifamily and commercial projects

Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction sequencing

Experience managing project financials and cost tracking

Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and contracts

Proficient with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office

Strong leadership and organizational skills
