Buck’s Motorsports is looking for an experienced technician who can diagnose problems, complete repairs independently, and takes pride in doing the job right.
Powersports experience is preferred, but it is not required. We’re also interested in experienced automotive, motorcycle, marine, diesel, small-engine, and equipment technicians with strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
If you’re an experienced technician who enjoys working with your hands, solving problems, and wants more variety than working on the same types of vehicles every day, powersports may be a great fit.
At Buck’s, our technicians work on everything from ATVs and side-by-sides to motorcycles and snowmobiles. We’re a family-owned dealership where employees are known by name, good work is noticed, and experienced technicians are valued.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform maintenance and repairs on ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, snowmobiles, and lawn mowers
- Perform 2-stroke and 4-stroke engine repairs
- Complete electrical diagnosis and troubleshooting
- Install OEM accessories, upgrades, and replacement parts
- Complete repairs accurately from diagnosis through completion
- Document work performed and communicate findings with the Service Department
- Assist with new-unit setup and preparation as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace

- Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems
