We’re looking for an experienced automotive technician who values quality workmanship, strong diagnostic ability, and repairing vehicles the right way the first time. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional service through professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. No shortcuts. No drama. Just honest work, strong systems, and a shop culture focused on long-term success.

Our shop currently services approximately 650 vehicles per month with plans to continue growing toward 700+ vehicles monthly. By God’s grace, we’ve continued to grow year after year—and we’re continuing to build momentum.
Compensation is based on experience, skill level, and productivity. Our A-level technicians typically start around $105k annually, with many earning $120k+ per year. We believe highly skilled technicians deserve excellent compensation supported by strong systems, a steady workflow, and a team that helps each other succeed.
