Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this vital role, you will oversee the accurate and efficient processing of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring that all items are correctly received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched.

Responsibilities
- BOTTOM LINE RESPONSIBILITY: Provide support for the Material Manager and ensuring shipments are made timely and accurately to our customers.
- COMPANY (SECONDARY) RESPONSIBILITY: To help the company as a whole by assisting where necessary to insure the company’s profitable future.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Prepare all shipping documentation
2. Enter receipt information at time of delivery
3. Match invoices to receipt documentation
4. Prepare all shipping labels
5. Enter and transmit all Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN)
6. Maintaining files
7. Point person for customer order processing
8. Assist Material Manager as needed.
9. Follow up on purchase orders
10. Assist with front office duties as needed
Education:
1. Job required knowledge normally acquired through the completion of a two year college degree or at least 2 years in ongoing Shipping and Receiving.
Training:
1. On the job training will be provided.
2. Previous training in shipping documents and procedures
3. Fork Truck Training -Provided onsite.
Skills:
1. Basic math skills
2. Good reading, writing and communication skills
3. Computer skills
Experience:
1. Two years ongoing in shipping/receiving experience
2. One to two years clerical experience
3. Manufacturing experience
4. Computer experience
Pay: $18.20 - $22.00 per hour
