We are looking for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. You will be the face of our organization; the friendly face greeting our clients and their fur babies as they come in while also setting them at ease in sometimes stressful situations. We are looking for someone with an outgoing, compassionate, and problem solving mentality.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls & respond to customer inquirie
- Schedule appointments & maintain accurate records of patient information
- Collect payments from customers & process payments accurately
- Assist with the care of animals, as needed
Hours will be from 9AM - 6PM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday and 8AM - 12PM on Saturday.
