The Role
Reporting directly to the Vice President, you'll lead the strategy, growth, and lifecycle of our Switches and Meters product lines. This is a senior-level, high-visibility role that puts you at the center of the business—connecting engineering, sales, operations, and executive leadership to bring high-impact products to market.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute long-term product strategies and roadmaps for assigned product lines
- Drive new product development from concept to commercialization
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities
- Leverage ERP, CRM, and sales data to inform pricing, market positioning, and performance evaluation
- Support M&A activity by integrating acquired product lines into the existing portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales reps, and industry partners
- Identify international growth opportunities and new sales channels
- Produce high-quality technical documentation, white papers, and customer-facing materials
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field (MBA a plus)
- 7+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or technical business roles
- Hands-on knowledge of electromechanical products, meters, switches, or power distribution systems
- Proficiency with ERP and CRM platforms, data analysis, pricing models, and forecasting
- Strong communication skills—both technical and commercial
- A strategic mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional projects from start to finish
- Background in utility, industrial power, or energy infrastructure preferred
Work Environment
