- Educate patients on pain management strategies, physiology, and anatomy to support their recovery goals
- Maintain detailed records of treatments, patient progress, and any relevant medical terminology in compliance with clinic standards
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing patient questions or concerns with professionalism
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care and optimize treatment outcomes
- Uphold occupational health standards by adhering to sanitation protocols, safety guidelines, and licensing regulations at all times
Requirements
- Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active licensing credentials
- Proven experience in medical spa environments or similar settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy
- Expertise in advanced techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy
- Exceptional patient service skills with the ability to assess individual needs accurately
- Familiarity with pain management practices and occupational health protocols
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members in a professional manner
