We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated bi-lingual (English/Russian or Ukrainian) Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our Transloading Department.
Position Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, staff, and client operations, ensuring freight is loaded, unloaded, stored, and transferred safely and efficiently. This role supervises warehouse personnel, coordinates with drivers and dispatch teams, maintains productivity standards, and ensures compliance with all safety and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse and cross-docking operations.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight movement between trucks, containers, and storage facilities.
- Lead, train, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff and forklift operators.
- Ensure freight is handled accurately and efficiently while minimizing damage and loss.
- Monitor workflow, staffing levels, and productivity to meet operational deadlines.
- Conduct safety meetings and enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Maintain accurate inventory, freight documentation, and shipment records.
- Coordinate with dispatch, transportation, and customer service teams to ensure timely freight processing.
- Inspect equipment and facility conditions and report maintenance needs.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues, shipment discrepancies, and customer concerns.
- Assist with scheduling, labor planning, and overtime management.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse/factory supervisory experience of a team of at least 20 or more required
- Fluency in both English and Russian/Ukranian (verbal & written) is REQUIRED
- Experience in freight handling, logistics, transportation, distribution, or transloading operations strongly preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Knowledge of LTL, FTL, or containerized freight operations is a plus.
- Ability to read shipping documents, bills of lading, manifests, and inventory reports.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with warehouse/factory management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid driver's license required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Comfortable working around heavy equipment, forklifts, trailers, and freight.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
