The Maintenance Section Leader leads, coaches, and assists the assigned maintenance hourly employees regarding the installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of CNC and assembly equipment.
- Provides supervision, leadership, direction, coaching, and feedback to the assigned maintenance hourly employees
- responsible for supervising the installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of all CNC and assembly equipment
- Works closely with vendors regarding machine parts and improvements
- Schedules, delegates, and directs work for all direct reports
- Works closely with technicians and mechanics regarding mechanical malfunctions and operating difficulties and suggest necessary repairs to keep machines in production and operating efficiently
- Responsible for training and instructing direct reports regarding maintenance best practice
- Promotes a safe workplace by performing all tasks in a safe and thoughtful manner in compliance with all rules, procedures, instructions, devices, equipment and use of appropriate personal protective equipment. Maintain vigilance for any hazardous conditions or practice in the workplace and immediately report any unsafe condition or practice to your supervisor

- Must be able to stand for 60% of the time
- Occasionally will be expected to lift large material not to exceed 50 pounds
- Associate's degree in Mechatronics and/or Related Field
- 5+ years of diversified machining and repair work
