Job Summary Concrete Boom Pump Operator
L&E Concrete Pumping, Inc. — Pittsburgh, PA Area
L&E Concrete Pumping is seeking an experienced Concrete Boom Pump Operator to join our team. We are a family-owned company that has proudly served Pittsburgh and the surrounding areas for over 40 years.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a concrete boom pump on residential, commercial, and industrial job sites
- Drive the pump truck to and from assigned job sites
- Properly set up, operate, clean, and maintain the concrete pump
- Evaluate job-site conditions, including safe pump placement and setup
- Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or repair needs
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, contractors, concrete suppliers, and job-site personnel
- Follow all company, DOT, and job-site safety requirements
- Keep the truck, pump, and related equipment clean and properly maintained
- Complete daily paperwork and operating records accurately
Qualifications:
- Previous concrete boom pump operating experience is recommended but not neccessary. Will Train.
- Valid CDL-B required
- Safe and responsible driving history
- Ability to identify unsafe ground conditions, overhead hazards, power lines, and other job-site risks
- Dependable, punctual, and able to report to work early when scheduled
- Ability to work varying hours based on job schedules
- Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
- Must meet applicable DOT and employment requirements

Schedule:
This is a full-time position. Start times and daily hours vary depending on scheduled concrete pours. Early mornings, overtime, and occasional weekend work may be required.

Pay: Up to $42.00 per hour
