Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team in a secure and structured clinical environment. The CNA will play a vital role in supporting patient care by assisting with daily living activities, monitoring health status, and ensuring a clean and safe care setting. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide meaningful care to individuals in a highly organized and professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, mobility, and nutrition.
- Take and record vital signs, weight, and other health indicators.
- Support nursing staff with routine care procedures and patient monitoring.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in patient care areas.
- Document care provided and report changes in patient condition to supervising staff.
- Promote patient comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
- Follow established protocols and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
