Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with team members to receive instructions and coordinate tasks
- Operate forklift equipment to load, unload, and store materials
- Properly stack and organize inventory in designated storage areas
- Use RF scanners and follow internal scanning processes
- Verify paperwork by ensuring packing lists match received items
- Inspect incoming and outgoing loads for damage
- Perform routine forklift inspections and maintain safety standards
- Prepare pallets for shipping, including wrapping and banding as needed
- Demonstrate basic math and counting skills
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Physical Requirements:
- Work closely alongside other team members
- Operate around heavy equipment and materials
- Tolerate moderate to high noise levels
- Perform duties both indoors and outdoors as needed
- Work in varying temperatures depending on weather conditions
- Perform occasional manual labor
