- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables, organizing supplies, and supporting catering or banquet setups when needed.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
- Support the cleaning of kitchen floors, surfaces, and storage areas to uphold sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with culinary staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes for service periods.

Skills
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
