As a Specialist, Global Intelligence & Investigations, you will support Newmont's global security strategy by delivering intelligence-led security operations, investigations, and executive protection activities. Your work will help identify, assess, and mitigate risks to people, assets, operations, and reputation across our global business.
Bachelor's degree in Security, Intelligence, Criminal Justice, or a related professional certification.

10+ years of experience in security intelligence, investigations, or related security operations within a global environment.

Advanced knowledge of intelligence-led security operations, investigations, and threat assessment methodologies.

Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and working across international regions.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to brief senior leaders.

Experience using intelligence, case management, workflow, or security technologies to support risk management and investigations.
Knowledge of executive protection, travel security, and enterprise risk management.
Experience in an internationally focused organization and intelligence program, with notable cross-cultural exposure.
- This is a global corporate security role that operates across multiple regions, functions, and stakeholder groups. The position works closely with security, leadership, and operational teams to support intelligence, investigations, executive protection, and crisis management activities on a global scale.
- The preferred location for candidates is near our corporate headquarters, in Denver, Colorado; however highly qualified candidates near our regional offices, or any of our site locations, will be considered.

The listed salary range applies to positions based in Colorado. Compensation may vary for candidates hired in other locations.

Collaboration and interaction are expected with teams across the global, regional, and site organization as well as across other service and operational areas of Newmont across multiple time zones.
The salary range offered for this role is USD $106,200- 141,600. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate’s salary history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about salary history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.
This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
