Processes donor contributions including cash, check, and online gifts; ensures timely and accurate deposits and documentation
Assists with reconciliation of donor funds in partnership with Finance
Maintains records of donations, acknowledgements, and donor communications
Supports accounts payable/receivable tracking related to Foundation activities
Maintains and updates donor database (e.g., Salesforce or other CRM), ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Generates routine and ad hoc reports including donor activity, campaign performance, and mailing lists
Assists with donor segmentation and list pulls for campaigns and events
Supports data cleanup, audits, and process improvements within the CRM
Assists in preparing donor acknowledgement letters and communications
Fields general inquiries to the Foundation and routes appropriately
Provides coordination support for fundraising events and campaigns
Supports internal caregiver giving programs and initiatives
Provides administrative support to Foundation leadership and team members
Assists in coordinating meetings, materials, and internal communications
Supports basic marketing or communication efforts (templates, mailings, etc.)
Performs other related duties as assigned.
