Qualified candidates will be able to lead a High School Lacrosse program, while serving as the Varsity team's Head Coach under the direction of the High School Athletic Director and Principal.This leadership includes but is not limited to managing any paid and volunteer Lacrosse staff, teaching and coaching student-athletes of various abilities and helping decide on event lineups and strategies while following all guidelines set by the HWRHS Athletic Department, Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association, HWRSD and State of MA.Essential Functions: Assist with all aspects of the girls lacrosse program, providing opportunities that support and challenge student-athletes to reach their full potentialRepresent the school and district in a positive manner with the utmost integrityPromote and support the Athletic Department and HWRSD mission Qualified candidates should apply through School Spring.
