- Ensure the lobby and laundry area is clean and in working order.
- Set up all wake up calls.
- Keep coffee area clean and well stocked.
- End of shift balance all invoices, cash and check transactions.
- Implement all night auditor procedures.
- Handle guest relations in a professional manner.
- Complete all work lists by the end of each shift.
- Providing friendly and competent customer service.
- Run Night Audit at 4 am
