The Role: This position plays a pivotal role in guiding clients through transformational health journeys and having the authority to optimize our clients program experience, improving outcomes, driving long-term membership retention and referral growth. This role blends high-level coaching, functional medicine fluency, program ownership, ethical enrollment into recurring care, weekly group presentations, and growth of practice membership through word of mouth referrals.
Who We Serve: Adults and some children seeking root-cause solutions to chronic health challenges who are ready to invest in long-term healing and lifestyle change.
What Success Looks Like:
- Accountability with Compassion: You are skilled at holding practice members accountable, helping them stay on track without judgment or criticism.
- Inquisitive and Insightful: You excel at asking the right questions, uncovering the core issues, and helping practice members tap into their strengths.
- Data-Driven: You get excited about tracking progress using data, measuring results, and reporting outcomes, ensuring that practice members see tangible improvements in their health.
- Exceptional Communicator: You have outstanding listening and communication skills, thriving in digital interactions.
- Increased Referrals Driven By Exceptional Experiences: Referrals increase as a direct result of client satisfaction and outcomes. And systems or touchpoints are implemented to encourage ethical, organic referrals.
Qualifications (Must-Have)
- 5+ years of experience in functional or integrative medicine
- Experienced with interpreting functional medicine blood labs and stool samples
- Functional Medicine or Integrative Health certification
- High emotional intelligence, patience, and professionalism
- Background in client retention or membership-based care models
